Developing a strategy for collaboration with academic institutions.

By looking together at how academic institutions are organised, which subjects are appropriate for collaboration, and which values are important, a strategy was developed for potential collaboration.

I worked with the clients in several sessions to explore their needs in collaborating with academic institutions and explained a lot about how academic institutions are organised and what could be important values for academic institutions and researchers. Then, we looked at which subjects could be interesting for collaboration with academic institutions.
