Forming a vision of future healthcare with local healthcare providers.

Together with various healthcare providers in two neighbourhoods around a health centre, we have literally built healthcare for the future.

In two "just do it" sessions, we mapped out the current challenges faced by representatives from district nursing, pharmacies, physiotherapists, the municipality, general practitioners, and patients. Using a designerly approach, we developed solutions and elaborated on them. The ideas and actions are carried forward to regional discussions and implemented in practical steps.

We wanted to grasp what was happening, not just at the administrative level but especially on the work floor.

With the participants, we developed solutions as input for the regional discussions, but also to start working on them immediately.
